To ensure a productive and respectful learning environment, all participants in live sessions must follow these rules.
1. Student Rules
- Join sessions on time
- Mute your microphone when not speaking
- Wear appropriate attire
- Do not record sessions without explicit permission
- Participate respectfully and constructively
2. Instructor Rules
- Start sessions promptly at the scheduled time
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Ensure clear audio and video quality
- Have all materials prepared in advance
- Record sessions only with student/guardian consent
3. Technical Requirements
- Minimum internet speed: 5 Mbps
- HD webcam recommended
- Headset with microphone
- Updated browser or app version
- Quiet, distraction-free environment
4. Cancellation for Live Sessions
- 24-hour advance notice required for cancellations
- Emergency exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Two no-shows by a student may trigger a course review
- Make-up policies are defined per individual course
5. Recording Policy
Consent from all parties is required before any session is recorded. Recordings are for personal review only, retained for a maximum of 30 days, and may not be distributed externally.
