By accessing www.comfortknowledge.com or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Introduction

These Terms govern your access to and use of www.comfortknowledge.com and all related services including tutoring, instruction, educational materials, communications, and support.

2. Description of Services

  • Children's educational products including workbooks, story books, flashcards, audio resources, and PDFs
  • Online courses and digital learning resources
  • Bundles that may include digital, audio, and physical learning materials
  • Customer support for product selection, order questions, and delivery issues

3. Independent Contractor Disclosure

Some course and learning content may be created by independent instructors or contractors. Comfort Knowledge establishes quality standards, manages customer support, and processes customer orders directly.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase products or services. Minors require a parent or legal guardian to approve all purchases and supervise use of learning materials.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete contact, billing, and delivery information
  • Use our products, courses, and support channels only for lawful purposes
  • Do not copy, resell, or distribute materials without permission
  • Policy violations may lead to order cancellation, restricted access, or refusal of future service

6. Payments

Payments are required before materials are delivered or course access is processed. All pricing is in USD. Checkout currently uses manual Zelle or bank-transfer payment instructions. Pricing may be updated at any time.

7. Service Delivery

Services are delivered virtually within 1–14 days of purchase. Students are responsible for maintaining a reliable internet connection and the required technology to participate.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.

9. No Guarantee of Results

Comfort Knowledge does not guarantee specific grades, test scores, college admissions, or any other academic outcome. Results depend on individual effort and circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, academic outcomes, delivery delays outside our control, or technology disruptions beyond the product or service scope. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a chargeback or legal proceeding, users must contact support@comfortknowledge.com first. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

12. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for fraud, harassment, abusive behavior, policy violations, or payment disputes.
