Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Session Cancellations

• 24+ hours before scheduled session: Full refund or credit issued
• Less than 24 hours before session: Non-refundable
• No-show (student): Non-refundable

2. Instructor No-Show

If an instructor fails to show for a scheduled session without notice, the student will receive a full refund plus a complimentary rescheduled session.

3. Package Purchases

• Refundable within 7 days of purchase if completely unused
• Partially used packages may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion
• After 30 days, unused sessions in a package may be converted to account credit

4. How to Request a Refund

Submit all refund requests to support@comfortknowledge.com with your order details and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
