We aim to provide fair refund terms for digital resources, physical learning materials, bundles, and online courses.

1. Digital Products and Courses

  • Refund requests for digital products or course access must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds may be denied after files, links, or course access have been delivered and used.
  • Duplicate orders or payment errors will be reviewed and corrected promptly.

2. Physical Products

Physical products may be eligible for refund or replacement if they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the product description. Contact support with photos and your order ID.

3. Bundles

  • Mixed-format bundles are reviewed based on the digital, physical, and audio components already delivered.
  • Partially delivered bundles may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
  • Shipping fees, if charged, may be non-refundable once an order has shipped.

4. How to Request a Refund

Submit all refund requests to support@comfortknowledge.com with your order details and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
