1. Course Quality Standards

  • Clear learning objectives for each course
  • Structured curriculum with defined milestones
  • Regular assessments to track student progress
  • Adequate and up-to-date learning materials
  • Professional presentation and delivery

2. Instructor Standards

  • Minimum rating of 4.0 out of 5.0
  • 90% or higher positive feedback from students
  • Response to student inquiries within 48 hours
  • Regular updates to course content
  • Ongoing professional development

3. Review Process

  • Student ratings collected after each course or session
  • Quarterly instructor performance evaluations
  • Random quality audits conducted by management
  • Peer review options available
  • Management oversight of all quality metrics

4. Improvement Plans

Instructors with ratings below 4.0 will be placed on a 30-day improvement plan with mentorship support. A re-evaluation will follow. Failure to improve may result in suspension from the platform.
